A Bargain - No Documentation Included
Ordered the
"Renewed" product due to significant savings over the identical new
product AND the Amazon Guarantee. The product I received was in the
original packaging but it lacked proper packing, The 3 units could have
bounced together but they did not seem harmed. Other than a small smudge
on one of the units, they looked brand new. As previous reviews have
stated, there was no documentation included. However as I was replacing
an existing Google Mesh WiFi (First Generation) I was familiar with the
installation procedure. The other problem was the lack of one proper
power supply for one of the units. This has also been reported by
previous reviews. I was frustrated and I emailed the vendor and they
promptly replaced the power unit. I was delayed a couple of days in the
installation but that was the only issue. There was no issue with the
installation. The units are operating as if they were new. All in all I
would purchase the "Renewed" product again. Honestly you can't go wrong
with the Amazon Guarantee.
